The 1ProPhoto.Com Lighting workshop
#1 - "Not your average Lighting 101"
In this one of a kind lighting workshop we will be revealing the techniques for the most often used lighting situations by NYC & La. photographers: The ubiquitous White background, black, grey back grounds and the variations used to achieve these. (We will be showing 8 ways to achieve a white background.)
With all of the lighting techniques demonstrated, we will reveal how with simple changes you can use and apply these techniques to Fashion, Beauty and portraiture setups; and in many cases with minimum equipment and expense.
We will show you how, through the use of proper metering, color correction and light ratios you can achieve a clean white background and foreground with out lens flare and with out having to spend hours in post production cleaning up careless mistakes.
This is a hands-on course and all attendees will be actively involved in setting up the equipment.
This is an integral part of learning versus coming in an viewing what someone else already setup the day before.
A portion of the topics to be covered are as follows.
Flash Meters
Color Temperature meters
Color Correction Gels
Flags, Nets, & Cinefoil
Soft Boxes, Grids & Light modifiers.
